Biography

He is twenty-four-year-old from Uganda the Pearl of Africa. He reflect a varied personality including ambition, and the qualities of generosity and thoughtfulness. He is also a well determined and vigorous individual, yet pleasantly calm. He encourage fighting for what he desire and believe in, and doing it through passion he have when it comes to mental health.

He is motivated by love for advocating for mental health and succeeding as he strive to become an outstanding person in mental health fields. With definitive goals of becoming a professional advocate and owning a renowned rehabilitation in Kampala, He currently completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health and Community Psychology at Makerere University.

Through my passion for talking about mental health, He participated in several campaigns in all spheres regarding people’s mental health in Uganda and across regions. As a person who loves caring for students who are still at University and secondary level, He represented his University and Community at different festivals; giving others the opportunity to embrace and appreciate who their mental health is/are. Locally and internationally, He is involved in keeping love and observing respect for diversity in all individuals and which has fostered the establishment and development of a positive mindset and acting as a live model; creating avenues for young and old individuals, which will foster the establishment and development of positive attitudes towards love that will ultimately benefit our society and the whole country. Apart from the above, He kept a keen interest in counselling, psychotherapy and enjoy reading, writing short stories and poetry, and importantly spending time with people with mental health illnesses sharing with me in Key informants and in In Depth Interviews.
